THE FIRM

A red-iron steel-frame building firm.

Ozark Closers is a red-iron steel-frame building firm headquartered in Osage Beach, Missouri. We sell plans and pass-through red-iron rigid-frame buildings at the manufacturer’s invoice, and our own crew erects every job. One firm from first sketch to a weather-tight Dried-In building.

We work across a four-state region — Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Tennessee. Every job is drawn, sourced, and erected under one Ozark Closers contract. No brokered erection. No day-labor.

ABOUT THE NAME

In baseball, the closer finishes what the starter began. That’s us — we finish steel-frame builds other guys leave half-done.

SCOPE

Where our contract starts and stops.

We do one thing and we do it end to end. Everything outside our scope is stated up front, before you sign, not discovered halfway through your build.

Ozark Closers contract covers

  • Plan design (yours, ours, or custom)
  • Engineered stamped drawings via the manufacturer
  • Red-iron kit sourcing and delivery
  • Concrete slab pour — our crew, in-house
  • Anchor bolt layout and column erection
  • Rafter and purlin installation
  • Roof and wall sheeting
  • Doors, windows, trim to weather-tight
  • Weekly progress documentation

Not our scope

  • Site clearing and grading
  • Plumbing rough-in — your plumber; we pour the slab after
  • Electrical rough-in and finish
  • HVAC systems
  • Interior framing, insulation, and drywall
  • Finish carpentry, cabinets, flooring
  • Any work after the Dried-In building handoff

On either dried-in package, those trades are yours to hire. We don't sub them, refer them, or manage them — you contract them directly.

Turnkey coverage: across Missouri and northeastern Oklahoma out through Tulsa, we run full Turnkey under one contract — our crew handles the steel and slab, and we hire and manage the trade subs on our paperwork. Outside that area, dried-in only.

HOW WE HOLD STANDARDS

Three things we do that most in this category don't.

The gap between a good steel build and a bad one is not the building — the building is the same red iron either way. The gap is process.

01

Documented every day.

Every workday on every job gets photographed and logged. You get weekly progress emails with photos. If something looks wrong, you see it before we're a week past it.

02

Direct-from-manufacturer pricing.

The quote you get from us is the quote the manufacturer gave us. No middle-men, no markup on the building. Most firms in the metal-building space are resellers to resellers — by the time steel reaches your slab, it's marked up three or four times. Ask your builder to show you the paperwork.

03

Manufacturer-neutral honesty.

We have direct manufacturer relationships because we've stood their buildings up. If a job is better served by a different structural system, we say so — even when it means we don't get the building sale.

WHY THIS MATTERS

Most kit sellers won't erect your building.

Read the fine print on any national steel-kit website. The pattern is the same — they sell the steel, they don't stand it up. That is left to you or to a crew you have to find, vet, contract, and manage yourself.

The kit-only model.

Most manufacturers ship a steel kit to your site and hand you a manual. Erection is your problem. If something is short, wrong, or damaged, the labor to sort it out is your problem too.

The pass-along model.

Others will introduce you to an "authorized erector" — a separate company, separate contract, separate insurance. If two crews disagree over what the drawings mean, you're the one in the middle.

Our model.

We design your plan. We source the kit at manufacturer price. We erect it with our own crew. One firm, one contract, first sketch to a weather-tight Dried-In building.

WHERE WE WORK

Four states. One crew.

Osage Beach is HQ. Field crew is mobile across the region. If you have land in the corridor, ask.

  • Missouri

Osage Beach, Springfield, Branson, lake country. Our home state.

  • Arkansas

The Ozark Plateau and northern Arkansas — buildings and dried-in packages.

  • Oklahoma

Tulsa, Muskogee, Bartlesville, the northeastern corridor — buildings, dried-in packages, and Turnkey.

  • Tennessee

Eastern Tennessee, the ridges — buildings and dried-in packages.
