Dried-In + slab (we pour the concrete), Dried-In on your slab (you pour it), or Turnkey (full turnkey — Missouri and NE Oklahoma only), priced to your specific site and plan. Fixed at signing. No escalation clause, no surprise re-quote after deposit. If we can't do it in your window or your budget, we tell you before we ask for a dollar.
